In order to be able to use BC data, we need to be able to scrape our tables from MDN.

In other words, we want: 
1) http://browsercompat.herokuapp.com/importer/ to display 0 error and 0 warning
2) Have the data correctly set in the database.

Once we have reached 1), we need to maintain it as long as we don't activated the BC-generated tables on MDN.

Actually, we will need to maintain it as long as we haven't open the contribution interface to the general audience (which is one milestone after the display of BC-generated tables on MDN, aka Plane).

The BrowserCompat project is cancelled, so scrape-friendly data is no longer a requirement. In the new scheme, moving data by hand appears to be more effective, allows effective prioritization of data to migrate, and allows for updating the data as it is imported.
