Just like the idea in bug 1172272, another (maybe more interesting?) action we can put here is "Snooze". To keep it simple in the beginning, we can just do a "Snooze for 30 minutes" button.
This is an action that I think Android users are used to since it exists for alarms.
Questions:

Do we just snooze the notification and still open the tabs when you open firefox?
- YES
How do we handle new URLs after "snooze"
- We should still queue them but not show the notification.
