`Bugzilla: Keyword & Component changes' is the longest-named component in
bugzilla.mozilla.org, making it one of the chief culprits when Bugzilla pages
get too wide (bug 53009).

`Bugzilla: Keywords & Components' would be both shorter and more accurate, since
the component covers addition and removal of keywords and components, as well as
changes to existing components.

Another solution could be to split the component into two separate ones:
- Bugzilla: Keyword changes
- Bugzilla: Component changes

For most bugs, it would be clear in which component they belong. Of course, it
would still have the 'changes' in it, but this could be an advantage: Maybe the
'changes' suffix makes it more obvious what bugs are appropriate. E.g. problems
with keywords or components that are not specific to mozilla.org's installation
do not belong here.
