Consider the attached testcase. Click on the combobox to open. It should be counting up in the second option, and it doesn't do that. Works on non-e10s. In fairness, also doesn't work with Chrome or Safari on Mac. This came up in bug 1243775 comment 4.
This is a more general form of bug 1243254. Might want to merge.
