Details

"See Also" field doesn't accept short URLs of Chrome bugs.

I added comment in bug 859177 with link to a Chrome bug:
https://crbug.com/581840

But "See Also" requires the long form of the same link:
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=581840 

It would be nice to support the short form for convenience and readability.
