In bug 1244940 attachment 8714897 [details] there are many:

which doesn't sound too good!
That log shows us trying to move all of the roots somewhere. This might be because the root anno did something strange, or something along those lines… but no client should ever try to mutate or move the roots.
Kit, I'm fairly sure you fixed this recently - can you remember a specific bug number to dupe it to?
