Details

Trying to delete a folder can result in "a folder with that name already exists [in Trash]". Mozmail should rename the folder, perhaps by appending a number to the name of the folder, and then move it to the trash.
Summary: deleting should auto-rename if trash contains folder with same name → deleting folder should auto-rename if trash contains folder with same name
