A few things are not localized that could be (Types, Attempts), and maybe others. There'll certainly be a handful of things that will/should not be localized, like strategies and outcomes as these are enums.

I wonder if it's necessary to l10n any of the numbers -- all integers, and don't think it necessary to add delimiters as the only number that could reasonably be larger than 2 digits, will be samples, and even in long profiles, those are only 3 digits.
