1. Go to Settings -> Logins 2. Make sure that there are no entries in the list 3. Tap on 'Edit' Expected: The Edit mode should not be available on an empty list

If you're interested in a follow up bug, this fix could also use a UITest. I can file another bug for that and add some more details.
