In the preference panel, under navigator, and then under smart browsing, there
is an "advanced" dialogue button associated with the Location Bar Autocomplete.
Without fail, every time I press it, the browser crashes.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Goto the Smart Browsing panel in the preferences
2.click on the "advanced" button under Location Bar Autocomplete
3.

Actual Results:  Mozilla Crashes

Expected Results:  opened a panel with advanced options for the Location Bar
Autocomplete feature, I would assume.
