BUILD: Linux 2002-02-08-21 nightly.
NOT PRESENT IN: Linux 2002-02-08-08 nightly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1) Start browser
2) Make sure the sidebar is open
3) Go to the "View" menu and select "Sidebar"
ACTUAL RESULTS: Sidebar contents go gray. Splitter at _top_ of sidebar
disappears. Sidebar stays open.
EXPECTED RESULTS: Sidebar and splitter to its right should disappear. There
should have been no splitter above the sidebar to start with.
