Description:
If the user is in contacts and tries searching for a contact using an email address it will not search against email addresses.

Prerequisite:
Have multiple contacts with at least one with an email address set.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20160211141307
2) Open Contacts
3) Search for a name that is present in the email address
4) Observe lack of results

Actual:
the search field does not check for email addresses of contacts

Expected:
It is expected that searching contacts brings up contacts with matching email addresses

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.6 and Aries 2.5.
