1248725 - The option Save linked file is not functioning

Description

When the user presses and holds their finger on a link, they are prompted with an option to "Save linked file". When the user taps on that option, nothing will occur.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20160216105618
2) Open the browser app.
3) Go to Google and search for anything.
4) Press and hold your finger on a link in the search results.
5) Tap "Save linked file" and observe.

Actual:
The "Save linked file" option does not function.

Expected:
The link is saved as expected.

This issue also occurs on Flame 2.6
