Actual results:

With more and more companies sending their invoices and statements by eMail, opening every attachment before you can print it is very cumbersome. In the now defunct Windows Live mail, in the message window, you could right click on the attachment and select print. Without any further ado (no 'are you sure' boxes) the attachment would print. The advantage of this is not only being able to print off your attachments very quickly (and when you have 90+ each week, that's a real boon!) but it also helps protect against viruses as the message isn't downloaded onto your PC. I think there are a lot of accounts departments that would love this feature and having used many, many eMail packages, it's the only feature I can see that is missing.
