I'm disabling this test in bug 1014185, because it seems to depend on customize mode internals that are no longer true. I tried to make the test use about:preferences instead of about:customizing, but the test seems to depend on customizationready and aftercustomization events in some obscure way, i.e. it probably has timing issues.
Priority: -- → P3
Resolving as wont fix, plugin support deprecated in Firefox 85.
