0. Open about:addons -> Plugins, set Flash to "Ask to activate"
1. Download and extract attachment 8721809 [details] from (bug 1250008)
2. Move 2 files you got (.htm file and a folder) to the root directory
3. Rename .htm file so that the full name of the file consisted of 258 cyrillic symbols. A or B:
A) If the root directory is  [one_letter]:\  then rename .htm to the following string (without ">")

B) Rename .htm file to "ц.htm". Keep renaming file by adding "ц" in the beginning of file name while
   you still can do that. Otherwise (stop the process. You'll get as long file name as possible)
4. Open that .htm file in browser
5. Click on tha plugin button in urlbar
