Details

User bodman reports in SUMO that on downgrade from V45 to V38 that the default theme is reporting as incompatible. To quote the support topic "Installing the release version over the beta version obviously isnt restoring the correct default theme."
Here on Win10 I installed TB 45b2 started it, then after closing it I installed TB 38.6.0 in the same directory. Now started TB 38 and I see no problem, the 38 theme is shown in Add-on manager.
