+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1254051 +++
We need to make filter effective once cursor moves onto them rather than after pressing ok key.

Sorry, I pressed send button before changing the description.
A folder should show small thumbnails for cards inside it. maximum number of icons inside a folder is 9.
Please see P.9 of UX spec.
