When I test Bug 1253995 on Windows7, I got a different regression window.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open testcase ( attachment 8727243 [details] of Bug 1253995 )

Actual results:

The image flickers during the transition from the first image to the second, leaving the background briefly exposed.


Expected results:

The transition from the first image to the second should be seamless.

From the original bug, also probably not related to this vsync since the original reporter was on OS X.

It'd be worth checking if this still reproduces once bug 1225934 and its blockers get merged. (They're already pushed.)

After talking with seth, duping to 1253995.
