Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Nightly (resolution 1024x768)
2. Open DevTools > Memory
3. Switch view to "Dominators"
4. Take snapshot
5. Dock to side of browser window
Actual results:
Two horizontal scrollbars are displayed.
Expected results:
Is this behavior correct? If not, can we use bottom scrollbar? Because it can move column header, Bug 1254460 will be solved.
