From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.8) Gecko/20020204 BuildID: 2002020406 In this page : http://www.chivil.com/pbar/ the percent numbers shown at the end of the bars should have a background (the image is a transludent PNG). In my mozilla's build there is not. I've added a sample text with no "animation" and the image is still not displayed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Load the page :) Actual Results: Background image are not displayed Expected Results: They should be displayed :) This bug is quite strange because the page is correctly displayed in Netscape 6.2 and Mozilla 0.9.3(4?) version included in the Mandrake distribution I've tested. I've also checked HTML and CSS at W3C

This may be a dupe of bug 113561 or bug bug 74542; for confirmation, this (the URL on this bug) gets the problem on Win98, build 2002030803 (same as Win2k I suppose), but not on linux build 2002030108 Just to clarify a little, the percentage numbers (and the bottom text) only should have transparent grey backgrounds.
