STR:
1. Open Firefox Nightly
2. Open several tabs with different webpages
3. Do rapid switching from one tab to another using shortcut key "Ctrl + Tab" or "Ctrl + Shift + Tab"

AR:
when switching tabs, webpage from one tab displays while staying on another tab. More like it hangs or detaches from current tab.

ER:
It should display the webpage according to tab. It shouldn't display different webpages on different tabs.

I cannot reproduce this with latest builds:

Win 7, Nightly 48.0a1, 20160310030242 - Pass
Mac 10.11, Nightly 48.0a1, 20160309030419 - Pass
Ubuntu 14.04, Nightly 48.0a1, 20160310030242 - Pass

Note: on Win 7 and Ubuntu, which are VM's for my testing.  There is sometimes a very slight delay in the Tab switch when tabbing back and forth between thesaurus.com and about:support. The switch never gets stuck as reported.  non-e10s is not affected by the same sort of delay.

As of March 11, this is also happening in Firefox 47. It can also happen when selecting tabs with the mouse, but not as consistently.
Like the OP, I also have Tile-Tabs installed, and disabling it seems to stop the problem.
However, it still displays the wrong "zone" in the location bar, i.e. when I switch from a tab with about:addons to a tab with a normal website, I still get a blue "Firefox" in the location bar.
Also I use VimFX, and its keyboard shortcuts don't seem to work except on the tab that the browser "thinks" it's on - in the same example, pressing "F" doesn't do anything unless I'm on the about:addons tab I started with. (But then if I enter text in a text-box on a website, VimFX starts working again, even though I've still got the wrong icon in the location bar.)
