Spike since 2016-03-19: rose by 300% with signature trf.dll@0x13d78.
Those crashes are going down significantly and have done so for the past week, at least on Windows, so the biggest piece of this is solved. \o/ The Mac OS X signature [@ trf.dylib@0x1c3a7 ] has not changed in volume, though, and is 6.5% of all crashes on 45.0.1 on Mac.

Disabling Trusteer doesn't stop crashes but disabling Flashblock makes crashed less. Please advise if this is a know issue with Flashblock perhaps?
Correction, disabled Trusteer and stress tested Firefox for over 30 minutes and no crash. Not surprised IBM did not respond regarding this after more than a week!
I'm going to close this out because a trusteer update apparently fixed it.
