We should probably refactor the blacklisting out of the main function given that it keeps increasing in complexity.

I am this gonna be uplifted? I am easily reproducing it on Nexus 9 (Android 6.0.1) by playing a video on cnn.com

This disabled Flash on Pixel C, for Nexus 9 we will need to uplift bug 1142988.
