1255146 - Removing screenshot image from library should remove link from smart folder

As a user, if I delete the screenshot, I don't need a link to it in the Screenshots smart folder anymore since it doesn't work anyways.

I think I saw mfinkle mentioning somewhere that we should keep the association even when the screenshot is deleted.

Bug 1252316?

I commented in there about how this bug is just about the File list item in the "Screenshots" smart folder - nothing else. 

We should be keeping the signal, and everything else intact that we know about the web page.
