WebKit and Chromium also block: 3659, // apple-sasl / PasswordServer 6665, // Alternate IRC [Apple addition] 6666, // Alternate IRC [Apple addition] 6667, // Standard IRC [Apple addition] 6668, // Alternate IRC [Apple addition] 6669, // Alternate IRC [Apple addition] (I standardized the list in https://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#port-blocking so Servo does not also have to copy Gecko like WebKit did.)

So this breaks using Chatzilla with w3c irc server irc://irc.w3.org:6665 Rather blocker for me personally.
(I'll be back to Nightly 2016-04-01 until this is somehow fixed)
