1257620 - Disable identity tests on linux opt non-e10s (only) to avoid Exit code -11

We've totally failed to find the cause of the intermittent Exit code -11 on shutdown of the identity test directory, and breakpad isn't catching it.

Until we can resolve that, we need to disable it for this specific instance.
