User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: Clicked on notice to upgrade software. Actual results: Software updated, no issues reported. Have not received emails since updating. Can see emails on webmail. If trying to send email get message - There was an error saving the message to Sent. Retry?. Have lost all emails in sent folder. Expected results: Program should have worked without issues.

Have not received emails since > updating. When this happens after updating, this is typically caused by antivirus or firewall software. See also https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/cannot-receive-messages Do you still see the problem?
