Details

I thought there was an open bug on this, but I can only find the ones on images (partially fixed), form elements, the scroll bar, and pretty much everything but normal text. I see this on a lot of pages, for a long time. It's 110% reproducable with the top line of text here: http://www.usdoj.gov/atr/cases/ms_tuncom/major/mtc-00027626.htm Double clicking to select, or draging over 1 letter (or more), shifts the whole top line, which on my browser size/dpi reads: "This document is available in two formats: this web page (for browsing content) and PDF (comparable to original document formatting). To view the PDF you will need Acrobat" The whole line shifts 1 pixel right. Click reload, it jumps back 1 px left. Touch it with the mouse, 1 pixel right, etc. The second line isn't affected.
