When watching any video on Youtube, it seems that the playback screen is divided into a few tiles. Since yesterday's nightly, I can observe that some of these tiles are not updated when playing a video, so the video updates only on some part of the screen and the other parts stay static. See the attached video for getting an idea of how it renders. cc'ing padenot as it seems related to audio/video and nical because it *might* be related to layers, but feel free to redirect to the right people / component.
A regression range would be super helpful.

This looks bug 1259645 (or one of it's many dupes) and should have been fixed by the backout of bug 1254134.
Yeah, it seems I can't reproduce since I have the latest nightly. The weird thing is that it wasn't working on yesterday's morning nightly -- but I assume this is due to the fact trees have been closed for a few days, and nightlies were not generated in the meanwhile. Closing as WFM. Thanks for looking into it.
