Project Smarthome is changing its name. So we want to change our Discourse channel name, as well as its description. 

Can you tell me how to go through that process - what information do you need beyond the new name and new description?

Hi Yousef, herein the new name and description for Project Smart Home to be used in Discourse

New name: Project Haiku

New Description:
The Project Haiku team began by talking with people about the experiences that make them feel independent. An unexpected idea emerged from that research: connecting with other people makes people feel independent. The team is currently exploring how 12-15 year old girls communicate with friends and family, and how an ambient communication device might enhance their ability to connect with others.
