This Associated Press webpage uses JavaScript to generate pop-up picklists when
you click on a US state from the map. When loaded with IE, none of the pick
lists are visible until someone clicks on a state. When loaded with Mozilla
Build 2002021708, all of the pick lists are drawn at the top of the page and
partially remain there.

Here is a screenshot of the picklists being visible when they should not.

not sure this is a dup of bug 92333. A linux build from the 27th still shows the
flaw. An evang issue? There's some mysterious browser sniffing on that page, and
several old evang bugs on ap.org.
