This Associated Press webpage uses JavaScript to generate pop-up picklists when you click on a US state from the map. When loaded with IE, none of the pick lists are visible until someone clicks on a state. When loaded with Mozilla Build 2002021708, all of the pick lists are drawn at the top of the page and partially remain there.
Here is a screenshot of the picklists being visible when they should not.

not sure this is a dup of bug 92333. A linux build from the 27th still shows the flaw. An evang issue? There's some mysterious browser sniffing on that page, and several old evang bugs on ap.org.
