Details

When running the new python based web-platform tests we should have them in their own chunk/job. it will * simplify try tasks for webdriver/marionette * simplify people who only care about testharness.js tests when running things
we may want to raise a new bug for mach commands too
Blocks: webdriver-wdspec
wdspec tests are now run in a separate Wd job.
