Every time the app app is foregrounded, the Sync Now button is displayed for 1 sec in the 'Syncing...' state

Build: 4.0.0b1
Device: iPhone 6 Plus (9.3.1)
1. Go to Settings and sign in into sync with a valid account
2. While in Settings, background Firefox
3. Wait a few minutes, then foreground Firefox
Result: The Sync Now button is displayed in the 'Syncing...' state for 1 sec.
Please note that this not an actual sync because the time of the last sync is the time when Firefox was backgrounded

3.0(11) is not affected so I'm assuming that this issue has something to do with bug 1168504

I believe this has been resolved as part of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1264225. Catalin, could you retest to see if this is still an issue?

On master 57cc05c7, the 'Syncing...' state is still displayed briefly when foregrounding the app with the Settings menu open.
Tested on iPhone 6 Plus (9.3.1) and iPhone 6S (9.2.1)
