Looks like a graphics problem based on the stack.

accessibility is active here, and there's an a11y failure in the ipc error notes -
(msgtype=0x2C0004,name=PBrowser::Msg_PDocAccessibleConstructor) Processing error: message was deserialized, but the handler returned false (indicating failure)
Michelle, are you sure you had a11y forced off? Your crash reports indicate it was active.

Confirming: I rechecked the settings i applied:
browser.tabs.remote.force-enable; true
HWA = checked
accessibility.force_disabled; 1 ( presume it is set correct as I see 1/1 enabled by user vs. disabled by accessibility.
I accessed Youtube,Facebook, and Yahoo but while I still see lagging and slow response, I have not seen a crash;
The Yahoo movie trailer London has fallen is the best at displaying the slowness, it often pauses for long intervals before continuing to play however it still has not crashed.

I've confirmed that if the crash report says Accessibility is active, it is active even when using accessibility.force_disabled. So these crashes were in fact accessibility relate.

Is it possible to disable the touchscreen at the Windows or BIOS level? Ideally we'd like Firefox to not even know it's running on a touchscreen system.

Yes, I will investigating as Tablet PC Settings and the Pen & Touch options don't allow immediate disabling.

Disable touch in Windows; performed on Aspire Switch 10E
Device Manager > Human Interface Devices > HID-compliant touch screen (Disable)
Confirming: touch has no effect and Firefox startup is
Multi-process = 1/1 (Enabled by default)
accessibility.loadedInLastSession = false

Youtube, Yahoo Movies, Facebook E10s & HWA enabled = all is well. The general lagging and pausing observed earlier is greatly reduced. Closing this issue WFM.
