With hardware acceleration turned off https://vimeo.com/channels/staffpicks/162434937 get choppy at all resolutions whenever full-screened and gets worse as resolution is increased. With hardware acceleration turned on it also has a glitchy/artifacting issue in addition to the choppiness.
This problem is also present in current release 45.0.2.

Azeroth still continues to have issues after updating from driver 14.301.1002.1001 to 16.150.2211.1001. Including new about:support info.
