Choppiness when hardware acceleration is turned off when full-screen on any and all videos ranging from a small amount to large amount at any resolution. When hardware acceleration is turned on it's not only choppy, but sometimes glitchy with with ghosting/artifacts.

Issues occur even worse in release version 45.0.2.

Azeroth still continues to have issues after updating from driver 14.301.1002.1001 to 16.150.2211.1001. Including new about:support info.

Milan - what should we do with this bug? It seems like it is probably basic layers perf.

Basic OMTC and full screen should be covered;

I'm not sure what to make of the "gets worse with acceleration on" part of the comment. Anthony, can you find out?  The ghosting/artifacts mentioned would be nice as a screen grab.

Also, can we have the about:telemetry's Environment Data->system section or a hardware description of the Azeroth system?
