(Whiteboard: [platform-rel-Twitch])
Firefox 45.0.2 x86 and x86_64 on *Windows 10* 64bit.
This issue doesn't occur on Windows 7.
I'm not sure about Windows 10 32bit...
Step to reproduce:
https://www.twitch.tv/esl_dota2
Actual result:
Video in HTML5 <video> tag was not played.
Expected result:
Video should be played.

Windows 7 (32bit) & Intel HD Graphics 4000 -> OK
Windows 10 (64bit) & Intel HD Graphics 520 -> NG
Is this related to Bug 1267068 ...?

Summary: cannot watch twitch.tv video by Firefox with Windows 10 → twitch.tv video cannot be played on Firefox & Windows 10 & Intel HD Graphics 520
I see an empty video element:
<video autoplay=""></video>
So it looks like a script issue rather than a driver issue.
I contacted Twitch and the reason it doesn't work is because HTML5 support isn't complete on the Twitch side.
