this sounds like it's a dup of bug 11586 --i'm tempted to resolve this as such,
since 11586 sounds kinda like a tracking bug for the same feature anyhow. but
let me know if i shouldn't give into temptation here. :-)
This bug is tracking scrollable menu issues, of which 11586 is one. Please leave
it open until all of the bugs it depends on are closed.
