Youtube has choppiness at 480 and up in full-screen and 720 and up in windowed mode. When hardware acceleration is turned on it has choppiness at 1080 in full-screen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zKkKGlMLkow

Youtube 360 has choppiness at 360 and up in full-screen and 480 and up in windowed mode. Hardware acceleration makes no visible difference. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-xNN-bJQ4vI

Vimeo has choppiness at 360 and up in full-screen and 540 and up in windowed mode. Hardware acceleration appears to have removed nearly all choppiness except for very minor choppiness in 1080 full-screen. https://vimeo.com/channels/staffpicks/162434937

Updating driver from 13.151.1.1000 to 13.251.9001.1001 appears to have had no effect.

Both about:support files show Basic layers (no acceleration). Sotaro is working on improving Basic layers performance.
Component: Audio/Video: Playback → Graphics
Both about:support documents were taken on the sweep with hardware acceleration turned off before and after the driver updates. No about:support was gathered for when hardware acceleration was turned on and the browser was restarted, however that action was performed. Going forward would you like additional about:support logs gathered when hardware acceleration is turned on?
