We need more time to fix followups to bug 1219804, some of which require string changes, and also want to bundle it with other bookmark related changes in the same release.

This is basically the same patch as in bug 1254960 except for the string removal as per bug 1254960 comment 7.

I have reproduced this bug with Nightly 49.0a1(2016-04-27) on Linux x86.     

Verified as fixed with Latest Beta 48.0b9(Build ID:20160718142219)
