User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.8+) Gecko/20020220
BuildID: 2002022008
This build is broken badly in terms of link traversal.
I have to click on links twice to actually go to the link.
Also, sometimes clicking on some link just takes me to the top of the current
page!!!!
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto above URL
2. Click on a link, it wont work! Click again, it will work !!!!
3. Sometimes click will take u to the top of the page...i havent been able to
determine what exactly causes this.

I see that too. In fact, all links take you to the top. Also back button
doesn't work. This does not occur in 2002021810.
I have not seen this behavior URLs other than the lxr pages.

This occurs with any URL with a # anchor
1) open this link a new tab/window: comment #1
2) click Query (goes to top of page)
3) a) click different link => go to top of page
b) click Query again => goes to Query
4) after 3b, click back.
5) URL changes back to comment #1, but you stay on "Query" and back button is
disabled.
5) reload=> back to comment #1 for real.

I see this in build 2-21-03 w2k confirming. This sucks, downloading build 2-22
now to see if it got fixed by that bug.

this is working in build 2-22 w2k. resolving wfm for now, probably just a dupe
of bug 126981, as Andrew noted.
