1269196 - Make mail.threadpane.use_correspondents visible in the user interface

In bug 1268325 we introduced a preference mail.threadpane.use_correspondents that defines whether the default columns of a folder are "From" and "Recipient" or "Correspondents".

In ESR45 this option is set to false, from TB 47 it is set to true.

We need to make this preference visible in the user interface, so users and switch it off.

Where a in the UI could we place a check box:
[x] Use "Correspondents" instead of "From" and "Recipients" columns

Interestingly I have just always changed those headings using the UI in the folder pane. One at a time. I had no idea such an option even existed.

I would suggest in options > Display> formatting.

But I would like to see other defaults like the message headings list and the sort and threading views included in the UI in the same place along with such things as font size and color of the ui. Thunderbirds inbuilt implementation of theme and font size changer should also live in the same place.
