Per https://groups.google.com/d/msg/mozilla.dev.platform/gXZj0rQWEfI/I0NTPq04BQAJ we only need to support OS X 10.6-10.8 up to Firefox 48.

Let's turn off redundant OS X 10.6-10.8 automation on repos running Firefox 49+ (currently central, inbound, fx-team, etc).

Oh, we currently build on OS X 10.7. We'll need to keep those builds going until we build for OS X on something else.

And we haven't tested on 10.8 since we started testing on 10.10, so it's actually just stopping tests on 10.6, and remembering:

We want to leave 10.6 try_by_default: False but still running on Try, until esr45 leaves the building in 2017.
