Beginning in Firefox 49, the minimum supported MacOS version will be 10.9.

In all Firefox download locations on our website, we should check the MacOS version and should not offer Firefox to users on these old versions.

Until January, we can offer Firefox 45 ESR downloads as an alternative. After that, we should point them to a page on SUMO explaining alternatives (there may be no secure alternative for these users).

This should happen immediately for nightly.mozilla.org and other places that offer nightly builds, and progressively roll out with the trains to devedition/beta/release as appropriate.

nightly.m.o has no browser detection so links are visible even on an unsupported system. Instead we can probably add a label, say "OS X 10.9+". Will send a pull request shortly.

Is it okay for you?

It's minimally acceptable. That won't be ok once we get to devedition, though.

www.mozilla.org has browser detection so we can hide the DevEdition, Beta and Release download buttons on osx <10.9. nightly.m.o is an exception.
Here is the link to use for MacOS deprecation: Here's a link you can use on www.mozilla.org: https://support.mozilla.org/kb/firefox-osx

Kohei, it looks like this is in production. Can you close this out if there's nothing more to do?
