Ever since bug 1263237 the wpt streams tests have incorrectly referenced:
service-workers/service-workers/resources/test-helpers.js
But now the file is:
service-workers/service-workers/resources/test-helpers.sub.js
I didn't notice these files referenced that script since the stream tests are disabled at the moment.
We should fix and upstream.

Sorry I missed these before. I'm working to enable these tests over in bug 911216 now.
