I think "Firefox Stub Installer" as program name could be confusing and/or a red flag to some users when they see it in the UAC dialogue. Can it just be "Firefox Installer"?

This was done along with the rest of the bug 1365998 changes. Not exactly a dupe because this change was kind of incidental to that whole redesign.
