[RFE] allow more than 10 votes for browser product bugs

Details
I am using all 10 of my allowed votes in the Browser product category. All other
products allow the same number of votes, yet MOST of the functionality is in
under the Browser product in bugzilla. I have been spending a lot of time going
through bug lists for the last couple weeks trying to help triage bugs. Since I
don't have actual access to mark bugs NEW instead of UNCONFIRMED, the most I can
do is vote and provide comments. I am of course out of votes in the most
important product group which means I can't help mark things NEW through my
votes. Please allow more than 10!! How about 100. 100 is good.

The more votes are allowed, the less weight each vote carries. Add that onto
Asa's reasoning on bug 114767 (which this is a dupe of) and it makes sense that
we only are allowed 10 votes.
