Marking this bug as only affecting Nightly 49. As Simona notes, Aurora 48 and Beta 47 are unaffected because they are using the old Widevine CDM version.

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch the latest Nightly 49.0a1
2. Install the User Agent Switcher add-on and set Google Chrome as a Desktop Browser

3. Log into Netflix
4. Start playing any video 

[Expected result]:
The video should play properly.

[Actual result]:
The video does not start, Error Code: M7353 is displayed.

[Additional notes]:
- Not reproducible on the latest Aurora 48.0a2 and Firefox 47.b8 with Widevine CDM 1.4.8.866.
Widevine error M7353 is the same as Adobe error F7353: we have buffered media and a license but the media element failed to play within a 10 second window. Since this problem only affects Nightly 49 with the new CDM version, this is probably a crash or bug in the new CDM.
This Netflix error looks like a duplicate of bug 1277783.
