Disable "search-term" experiment
We should disable this experiment, since we haven't figured out a plan for shipping it, and it's bad to have inconsistent behavior across release branches if nobody is monitoring this.

I'm not going to request aurora uplift for this, because removing the switchboard experiment will turn that off by removing it from the list of experiments.

Looking at the patch that landed here, this doesn't disable the experiment, but rather totally removes it. I'm fine with that, since we don't have the bandwidth to try to find a solution that we can ship, and it's a small experiment to re-create if someone does pick this up again, but I want to be clear that's what's happening here.
